DreamHost

Mount a DreamHost DreamObjects bucket as a Windows drive.

Before you begin

Prepare the following in advance:

• A DreamObjects Access Key ID and Secret Access Key pair.
• Your cluster's endpoint — https://objects-us-east-1.dream.io or https://s3.us-east-005.dream.io, depending on which cluster your account is on (shown in the panel).

Where to get the keys — in the DreamHost panel under Cloud → DreamObjects:

1. Expand your user.
2. Open User Controls, and click Add Key.
3. Click Show Secret Key to reveal the secret.

Connect

1. Click Add in the toolbar.
2. Choose Enterprise → DreamHost.
3. Enter the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key, then click the Refresh button next to the bucket field.
4. Select the bucket and click Connect.

Manual bucket entry

If your key is not allowed to list buckets, tick the checkbox to the left of the bucket field and type the bucket name directly.

Troubleshooting

Symptom	Cause	Fix
Bucket list empty	Account is on the other cluster	Check the cluster shown in the DreamHost panel
Access Denied	Key revoked	Generate a new key pair in the panel
