DreamHost

Mount a DreamHost DreamObjects bucket as a Windows drive.

Before you begin

You need a DreamObjects Access Key ID and Secret Access Key pair, and your cluster's endpoint — https://objects-us-east-1.dream.io or https://s3.us-east-005.dream.io, depending on which cluster your account is on (shown in the panel).

Where to get the keys — in the DreamHost panel under Cloud → DreamObjects: expand your user, open User Controls, and click Add Key; click Show Secret Key to reveal the secret.

Connect

1. Click Add in the toolbar.
2. Choose Enterprise → DreamHost.
3. Enter the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key, then click the Refresh button next to the bucket field.
4. Select the bucket and click Connect.

Behavior & limits

• S3 semantics: renaming a large folder tree copies and deletes every object under the prefix.

Troubleshooting

Symptom	Cause	Fix
