DigitalOcean Spaces¶
Mount a DigitalOcean Spaces bucket on Linux with the RaiDrive CLI. Connect with an access key pair and the endpoint address.
To get the account, keys or IDs this needs, see Before you begin in the DigitalOcean Spaces guide for the Windows app.
raidrivecli add digitalocean --bucket <bucket>
If you add storage with only the options shown above, you will be prompted to enter an Access Key ID, a Secret Access Key and the storage address (endpoint).
raidrivecli add digitalocean --bucket mybucket
Access Key ID: <key>
Secret Access Key: ********
address: <address>
Alternatively, a Access Key ID or Secret Access Key can be specified as options.
raidrivecli add digitalocean --bucket <bucket> --access-key-id <key>
raidrivecli add digitalocean --bucket <bucket> \
--access-key-id <key> \
--secret-access-key [secret]
Warning
Shell commands are logged in history. If possible, we recommend not specifying the --secret-access-key option with a value.
If a mount directory is not specified, it will be mounted to a directory such as /mnt/digitalocean under /mnt. To specify the mount directory, use the --mount-path option.
raidrivecli add digitalocean --bucket mybucket \
--mount-path /myservices/digitalocean
Additional options¶
--bucket <bucket> bucket
--endpoint <address> address (e.g. https://host.example.com)
--access-key-id <key> access key id
--secret-access-key [secret] secret access key
