Connecting OneDrive Business

When you connecting OneDrive Bussiness with RaiDrive, you give the RaiDrive permission to use the following your Microsoft organizational account data.

  • Maintain access to data you have given it access to : Allows the app to see and update the data you gave it access to, even when you are not currently using the app. This does not give the app any additional permissions.

  • Read all users' basic profiles : Allows the app to read a basic set of profile properties of other users in your organization on your behalf. Includes display name, first and last name, email address and photo.

  • Have full access to all files you have access to : Allows the app to read, create, update and delete all files that you can access.

  • View your email address : Allows the app to read your primary email address

  • Sign in as you : Allows you to sign in to the app with your work or school account and allows the app to read your basic profile information.


Connecting SharePoint

When you connecting SharePoint with RaiDrive, you give the RaiDrive permission to use the following your Microsoft organizational account data.

  • Maintain access to data you have given it access to : Allows the app to see and update the data you gave it access to, even when you are not currently using the app. This does not give the app any additional permissions.

  • Sign in as you : Allows you to sign in to the app with your work or school account and allows the app to read your basic profile information.

  • View your email address : Allows the app to read your primary email address

  • Read all users' basic profiles : Allows the app to read a basic set of profile properties of other users in your organization on your behalf. Includes display name, first and last name, email address and photo.

  • Have full access to all files you have access to : Allows the app to read, create, update and delete all files that you can access.

  • Read items in all site collections : Allow the application to read documents and list items in all site collections on your behalf.


Sign in with Mcrosoft organizational account

You can use your Microsoft organizational account(work or school account) to sign in to the RaiDrive website and app. Microsoft organizational account lets you give the RaiDrive app and website permission to use the following your Microsoft organizational account data.

  • Sign you in and read your profile : Allows you to sign in to the app with your organizational account and let the app read your profile. It also allows the app to read basic company information.

  • Maintain access to data you have given it access to : Allows the app to see and update the data you gave it access to, even when you are not currently using the app. This does not give the app any additional permissions.


Delete the data usage permission

Tip

  • Editing and deleting properties of data permissions provided to the RaiDrive are managed by one App Object ID in Microsoft Azure Enterprise Application.

  • Editing properties like display information, user sign-in settings, and user visibility settings requires Global Administrator, Cloud Application Administrator, Application Administrator roles. [ Learn more ]

If you no longer use the RaiDrive service, delete the data usage permission you provided to the RaiDrive. To use it again after deletion, you must provide data permissions when signing in or connecting the drive.

3.Click the RaiDrive in All applications. microbuss_3

4.Click Properties button in Manage. microbuss_4

5.Click Delete(delete) button in Properties, and then click Yes button. microbuss_5
